Customer Satisfied Enterprises
In 1993, CAQ, together with State Bureau of Technology Supervision, the Ministry of Domestic Trade, the Ministry of Machinery Industry, the Ministry of Metallurgy industry, the Ministry of Chemical Industry, the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications and China Light Industry Federation, launched national customer satisfaction evaluation activity. On May 28, 1996, the above authorites jointly issued the Notice of Implementing Customer Satisfaction Projects, calling on customers to select National Customer Satisfaction Enterprises, National Customer Satisfaction Products, National Customer Satisfaction Services and National Customer Satisfaction Projects so as to promote enterprises to improve the quality of products, services and projects. By 2008, there have been 1129 Customer Satisfied Enterprises, 1502 Customer Satisfied Products, 1115 Customer Satisfied Services, 426 Customer Satisfied Projects and 488 Customer Satisfied Service Stars.
