TRIZ for Business Applications

It is well known that TRIZ emerged as a set of methods and tools to support technical creativity. In contrast to the competing methods and tools, TRIZ provides a deeper, more fundamental level of problem solving and generating new ideas based on systematic approach. It appears that the basic thinking principles and patterns discovered by TRIZ are not limited to technology and engineering, they can be effectively and successfully used in other areas of human activities. The tutorial will demonstrate how TRIZ can be used to solve “non-solvable” problems which arise in business and management, show current set of tools, and provide the participants with the adapted version of TRIZ principles and patterns for business and management applications.
