China Association for Quality Library, located in the China Quality Building, is the nation's first specialized library focusing on the field of quality. The vision is to become the most influential quality professional library globally.

The library's design integrates various images, including Confucius' Apricot Altar from ancient China and Western university lecture halls, blending Eastern and Western art styles. It also incorporates the imagery of Beijing's garden corridors to form a "Corridor of Books," creating a multifaceted cultural space that facilitates knowledge dissemination, professional think tank, and shared learning.

The collection goes beyond Chinese-language titles to include quality-related books in English, Japanese, and Arabic as well. Many of these volumes are generous donations from leaders of international quality organizations and renowned quality experts—ranging from their own published works to carefully curated professional references from their personal libraries. A number of these donors have visited the CAQ Quality Library in person, making these exchanges a lasting symbol of friendship and a meaningful channel for spreading quality knowledge worldwide.
