From May 18 to 20, the 2026 World Conference on Quality and Improvement (WCQI) was held in Orlando, USA. Hosted by American Society for Quality (ASQ) under the theme “When Purpose and Quality Meet, Magic Happens,” the conference brought together more than 1,800 quality professionals from manufacturing, consulting, healthcare, education and other sectors worldwide.

China Association for Quality (CAQ) organized a delegation of nearly 20 representatives from CAQ, quality associations and enterprises to attend the conference. CAQ Vice President Wang Lin delivered a presentation at the Global Alliance for Quality Excellence and Improvement session, introducing CAQ’s work in quality management innovation, international cooperation and support for high-quality development of organization.

During the conference, the CAQ delegation held exchanges with ASQ and other international quality organizations on quality trends, benchmarking and future cooperation. CAQ will continue to strengthen global partnerships and promote the sharing of quality knowledge, methods and best practices.
