From September 1 to 6, 2025, International Quality Conference and General meeting of International Academy for Quality (IAQ) were held in Tokyo, Japan. China Association for Quality (CAQ) organized representatives from leading Chinese enterprises to participate and share China’s latest practices and achievements in quality management.

Hosted by the Union of Japanese Scientists and Engineers (JUSE), this year’s International Quality Conference was held under the theme “Quality Next ～Evolution of Quality Opens the Future～” The event brought together more than 700 experts, scholars, and professionals from around the world to exchange insights on emerging trends, innovative approaches, and new technologies in quality management.

During the conference, a representative from Haier Group, recommended by CAQ, presented the company’s latest research and practices in the digitalization of quality management. CAQ delegation also held exchanges with leaders of major quality organizations from Europe, the United States, Japan, and other regions on topics such as quality culture and talent development.

2026 Tokyo IAQ GM gathered leading experts, scholars, and industry leaders in the global quality community to discuss frontier topics and future trends in quality governance. Discussions focused on issues such as balancing quality and customer satisfaction and applying Total Quality Management (TQM) to build extraordinary organizations.
