The 9th Chinese Quality Forum was held in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, from August 29 to 30, 2024. More than 70 representatives from quality organizations across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, and Singapore attended the event to discuss sustainable quality management rooted in Chinese culture.

Leaders of several member organizations of the World Alliance for Chinese Quality (WACQ) participated in the forum.

Five keynote speakers from enterprises and quality organizations shared insights on integrating traditional Chinese culture and thinking into modern quality management practices.

During the forum, 43 papers from enterprises, universities, and social organizations were presented, covering topics such as sustainable quality management, quality systems, innovation, talent development, and service quality improvement.
