Recently, Russell Longmuir, Chief Executive Officer of EFQM, led a delegation of EFQM senior representatives and performance excellence model experts to visit China Association for Quality (CAQ). The two sides exchanged views on quality management practices among Chinese and European enterprises, current challenges and future areas of cooperation.

During the meeting, CAQ introduced its recent work in promoting quality management innovation, supporting high-quality development of organization and advancing international quality exchanges. EFQM delegation shared updates on the application of the EFQM Model in Europe and internationally, including its role in supporting organizational transformation and sustainable performance.

Both sides agreed to further deepen cooperation in performance excellence model promotion, professional training and quality research, providing stronger support for organizations to improve management maturity, competitiveness and sustainable development capabilities.
