    CAQ continually has been carrying out research on service quality satisfaction of China's digital economy, taking new industrial trends, new technologies and emerging service industries as an important point to understand the status of service quality satisfaction of digital economy from the perspective of customers in 2020.     CAQ has been carrying out China satisfaction research since 2017. China satisfaction research covered four major fields including Fast-Moving customer Goods (FMCG), Durable customer Goods, Service Industry and Digital Economy, 40 sub industries and 566 brands in 2020. A total of 21,567 customers from 31 provinces in China participated in this survey, covering first-tier cities, new first-tier cities, second-tier cities, third-tier cities and below.     Continuously understanding user demand and paying attention to the voice of user are the basis for the supply-side reform of the home appliance industry under the background of consumption upgrade. In 2020, the User Committee of China Association for Quality (CAQ) continued to organize the user satisfaction monitoring among 74 brands from seven categories of products, including refrigerator, air-conditioner, washing machine, TV, kitchen ventilator , gas water heater and electric water heater. Apart from consumer satisfaction index and quality consumer experience index, research on marketing quality satisfaction was included in monitoring.     From 29th Dec. to 30th Dec., 2020, CAQ successfully held the Finals of the 4th National QC Circle Story Competition in the form of online video evaluation. 8 first prize stories, 20 second prize stories and 18 third prize stories were selected and 5 sub-division organizers were awarded " the best organization award".

    The International Winners of Quality Innovation Award 2020 were announced. The Innovation of Innovations prize was presented to the project of Ischemia-free Organ Transplantation Marks the Arrival of the ‘Warm Organ Transplantation’ Era from the First Affiliated Hospital at Sun Yat-sen University from Guangzhou, China, recommended by CAQ. Among the other 7 projects recommended by CAQ, 1 is Award Winner, 2 are Prize Winners and 4 are finalists.
