    CAQ continually has been carrying out research on service quality satisfaction of China's digital economy, taking new industrial trends, new technologies and emerging service industries as an important point to understand the status of service quality satisfaction of digital economy from the perspective of customers in 2020.     CAQ has been carrying out China satisfaction research since 2017. China satisfaction research covered four major fields including Fast-Moving customer Goods (FMCG), Durable customer Goods, Service Industry and Digital Economy, 40 sub industries and 566 brands in 2020. A total of 21,567 customers from 31 provinces in China participated in this survey, covering first-tier cities, new first-tier cities, second-tier cities, third-tier cities and below.     Continuously understanding user demand and paying attention to the voice of user are the basis for the supply-side reform of the home appliance industry under the background of consumption upgrade. In 2020, the User Committee of China Association for Quality (CAQ) continued to organize the user satisfaction monitoring among 74 brands from seven categories of products, including refrigerator, air-conditioner, washing machine, TV, kitchen ventilator , gas water heater and electric water heater. Apart from consumer satisfaction index and quality consumer experience index, research on marketing quality satisfaction was included in monitoring.
