From May 21 to 22, 2026 General Meeting of International Academy for Quality (IAQ) was held in Orlando, USA. A delegation from China Association for Quality (CAQ) attended the meeting and joined discussions on quality in the digital and AI era. During the meeting, CAQ Vice President Wang Lin introduced preparations for the IAQ General Meeting to be held in Chengdu, China, in September 2026. From May 18 to 20, the 2026 World Conference on Quality and Improvement (WCQI) was held in Orlando, USA. On May 12, the 2026 China-Europe Performance Excellence Benchmarking was held in Moutai, Guizhou, China. The results of the 2025 Quality Innovation Award (QIA) were announced on April 23 in San Sebastián, Spain. More than 100 representatives from China, Spain, Hungary, Finland and other countries attended the award ceremony and exchange event, hosted by the Alliance for Excellence in Management Centers (CEX). The 2025 competition attracted 565 innovation projects. After two rounds of international evaluation, 24 projects received awards or prizes across different categories, including six projects recommended by China Association for Quality (CAQ).
