The 9th Chinese Quality Forum was held in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, from August 29 to 30, 2024. More than 70 representatives from quality organizations across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, and Singapore attended the event to discuss sustainable quality management rooted in Chinese culture. On March 15, 2024, Asian Network for Quality (ANQ) held 2026 Spring Board Meeting online. During the meeting, the election for the ANQ Chair Organization for the 2025–2026 term was conducted. China Association for Quality (CAQ) was unanimously elected by the board members. Founded in 2002, ANQ promotes quality development across Asia by advancing quality concepts, methods, and professional cooperation among member organizations.   The 48th International Convention on Quality Control Circles (ICQCC) opened in Beijing on October 31, 2023.
